Ridicule vs Fairness
The next day after I got the lowest evaluation in my life, I got in to OSU's PhD program of Chinese Pedagogy in the East Asian Language and Literature Department.
Such an honor following such a shame.
Once again, life is ridiculous. I try to squeeze a sense out of the ridicule--it's like a stop sign while I'm driving carelessly, a stop sign right before the start of a new road that I might have hastily taken on. If my accomplishment deserves the award, it is the defect and fault from the past that leading me to the up-coming hardship. Absolutely a fair play. It's too early to feel proud or shameful. "The powerful play goes on."
